View of wood depot at the foot of of the tramway and on the siding of the Sihlwald railroad which runs direct to Zurich and over which all forest products are transported. In the foreground are large storage sheds for the fire wood. These sheds mostly with tiled roofs. In the center the timber treating plant mostly used for impregnating spruce with copper sulphate. Saw mill and wood working establishment in the distance. From the mill a carrier takes the sawdust and small pieces of waste wood across the road to a sorting shed where it is sold to the farmers at 2 francs per cu. M.
